Blessed Trinity's Young Enterprise team are knitting their way to success!
The group have called themselves 'Simply Seasonal' and, as the name suggests, are promoting and selling seasonal products, some they make themselves.
Managing Director and Year 10 pupil Wayes said: "We had to come up with ideas to make money and so we thought doing something seasonal will work as it will keep us going all year around.
"For Hallowe'en, we have bought and made products which we will sell in school. Our team has been busy knitting, especially pumpkins!"
To add to their success, they recently finished runners-up in a national Youth Enterprise competition, competing against student companies from across the country!
The team had to put together a video of themselves explaining why they had decided to take part in the Young Enterprise programme. They fought off some fierce competition and won £50 for their company.
The group will taking part in a number of activities throughout the year including a Dragons’ Den event at the Trafford Centre.
They will also present their company idea to a group of business leaders in the summer term.
