Views on hospitals for teenagers.

Three Blessed Trinity pupils have been part of a consultation with the East Lancashire Hospital Trust (ELHT) to give their views on hospitals for teenagers.
Maisie, Erin and George went along as part of the School Council, along with pupils from St John Thursby, to talk about improvements which can be made from their point of view.
Maisie said: “It’s things like doctors involving children with the check-ups and having child-friendly areas in hospitals.
“It’s to put an action plan together to go forward.”
George, who wants to be a paramedic, said: “It was good being able to give our opinion - it’s a different point of view. Children don’t get their say so we are giving suggestions to make it better for them in a hospital.”
Erin added: “It’s about improving childrens facilities, such as activities in waiting rooms.”
