Over the summer, the dining room has been transformed with a ‘Grab and Go’ section, new booths and a new caterer in Mellors Catering.

The School Council played a part in selecting the new caterers as they, along with Operations Manager Mrs Pickles, were involved in the selection process, as companies pitched their ideas, and they also sampled the food.

They gave feedback asking for bigger portions and a better queueing system which were all implemented.

Head Boy Jayden said: “We can’t wait for the new School Council to put plans together to help the school run even better.”
