At Key Stage 3 the pupils' work involves central skills in: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. These skills are developed through a programme of work which is centred on the study of literary texts, non-literary texts and media.  

English homework involves participation with an online reading program, coupled with quizzes and a range of tasks to assess the learning in the curriculum. We place great emphasis on the prompt and thoughtful completion of homework tasks as it is integral to the development of a pupil's progress in English.
